a) Visiting the website

When you visit our website www.iusverde.de, the browser you use on your computer automatically sends information to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. In this process, the following information is recorded without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:

• name and URL of the file retrieved,
• accessing website (referrer URL),

b) If you register to receive our newsletter

If you have expressly consented under Article 6 (1) sentence 1a of the GDPR, we use your email address to send you our newsletter on a regular basis. To receive the newsletter, you only need to give us your email address. You may unsubscribe at any time, for example using a link at the end of each newsletter. Alternatively, you can request to unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to info@iusverde.de.

c) If you use our contact form

For questions of any kind, we provide a form on our website to contact us. You must provide a valid email address so that we know who the enquiry comes from and are able to respond to it. You may provide further information voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out under Article 6 (1) sentence 1a of the GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily granted consent. The personal data collected by us so that you can use the contact form are automatically deleted after your request has been dealt with.

A transfer of your personal data to third parties does not take place for purposes other than those listed below.

We only share your personal information with third parties if:

• You have given express consent to this according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR
• the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have a predominantly legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
• in the event that disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR is a legal obligation, or if
• this is permitted by law and according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR is required for the settlement of contractual relationships with you.

We use cookies on our site. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. Cookies do not harm your device, do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malicious software.

If your personal data is processed based on justified interests according to Art. 6 Para 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right according to Art. 21 GDPR to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation or in the case the objection is lodged against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which we will comply with and implement without any information of a particular situation being required.
